What kind of products do you sell?

We sell an assortment of healthy food, treats and toys for cats and dogs. We also sell supplements, grooming care items, apparel and miscellaneous pet-related items (beds, pee pads, etc.) for dogs and cats.

Do you sell food items for birds or reptiles?

We do not. We only stock items for dogs and cats. If you have a suggestion about an item you would like to see in our stores, please contact us directly at info@bentleyspetstuff.com

Do you allow pets in your stores?

Yes, yes yes - Absolutely! We love meeting all of our four-legged customers! We host numerous events that are centered around our fur-customers, whether it be special PUPkin latte parties in the fall, or local veterinary clinics providing vaccinations. Check out our Local Events page to see what we have planned in your area.

Do you do grooming?

We do not offer grooming at any of our locations; however, we work with many local grooming facilities that we would love to recommend if you ask!



RETURNS

Can I return an unused and unopened item?

Yes! Our standard return policy is up to 45 days for unopened, unused product. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase and you feel there was any defect, issue with quality or other concern, please contact us directly at info@bentleyspetstuff.com and we will do everything in our power to ensure you are 100% satisfied.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (in its original packaging).

How do I make a return?

To make a return, simply bring the item(s) back to any of your area's Bentley's Pet Stuff locations. You can also mail product back to our warehouse (shipping fees for returns to the warehouse are at the customer's expense): 2180 S Wolf Road, Des Plaines, IL, 60018

Perishable goods such as raw or frozen foods cannot be returned. We also cannot return Gift Cards, but we can certainly help you find some terrific pet products at great values.


REFUNDS

(IF APPLICABLE)

How do I get my refund for a returned item in-store?

All refunds for items returned in-store are processed automatically by a credit to your original form of payment (credit card or cash). Credits to credit cards may take 3-10 days depending on your financial institution. 

How do I get my refund if I mail my item back to the warehouse?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then also notify you of status changes to your request.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Payments can take 3-10 days depending on your financial institution.

HOME DELIVERY

Home delivery is powered by our partner Pet Stuff Zoom.

Free, next-day delivery is currently only available for Chicago and the Chicago Suburbs. 

All orders of $35 or more before tax are free of delivery charge. Orders from outside the local delivery range are eligible for $5.99 flat-rate shipping.

Loyalty points earnings or redemptions cannot be used with our delivery partner Pet Stuff Zoom.

Delivery Times: 

Regular delivery time is 9:00am-6:00pm Monday - Saturday.

Payment Options:

Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. Your credit card information is protected by our 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

For your convenience, we also accept PayPal, *Check and *Cash

*Check and Cash is only accepted with local delivery. Customer must be home at time of delivery or coordinate ahead of time with a Pet Stuff Zoom member for indication of where the driver can find payment. If payment cannot be found at time of delivery, the delivery will not be completed.

Returns:

Local returns (Chicago and Chicago Suburbs) can be made to any Bentley's Pet Stuff location or sent back to the warehouse: 2180 S Wolf Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60018

Out of local delivery range orders (those who paid flat-rate shipping) must be shipped back to the warehouse at the expense of the customer.

Do you deliver Raw Food?

Raw food delivery is only available for local delivery (Chicago and Chicago Suburbs) and cannot be shipped.

Customers who order raw food for delivery must be home to accept the delivery or coordinate ahead of time with a Pet Stuff Zoom member for indication of where the driver should leave the Frozen items.

(example: Please leave Rosie's raw food items in the cooler we provided on our front porch - Thanks!)

Does Pet Stuff Zoom offer auto-delivery so that I don’t have to place a new order each time I need pet food?

Yes! Auto-delivery is easy to set up. You pick your products and desired frequency of delivery, and then you're good to go! You can sign up for auto-delivery during the checkout process.

Can deliveries be made to an apartment complex?

Absolutely! We deliver to apartments and condos everyday.

Do I need to be home to accept deliveries?

No. deliveries can be left by your front door, on your back porch or whatever arrangement works best for you. Just specify at time of checkout in the 'Notes' section.

Bentley's Pet Stuff is expanding!
